During staging, we configure every device to your standards, install the necessary software images and register it correctly in your asset management system, so it's ready to go the moment it's delivered.

When an employee leaves or a device is replaced, we guarantee certified, compliant data wiping in line with current security standards, with traceable proof of deletion for your compliance records.

This service is often combined with On- & Offboarding Support and our IT disposal service, so the entire journey, from a device entering service to reaching end of life, is handled as a single package.

Fix My Device

In our Fix My Device portal, you can quickly and easily submit a request for a hardware issue. Briefly describe what's wrong with your device and attach your purchase invoice. Through our break & fix service, we assess the problem and provide you with a clear quote for the repair. That way, you know exactly where you stand upfront, and your device is back up and running as quickly as possible.
